QINOUS / INFORMATION
How inquiry information is used
This page describes the current handling of information submitted through the QINOUS inquiry form.
Information collected
The form collects your name, email, optional organization, inquiry topic, message and the time of consent. Please do not submit confidential datasets, passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
Use and storage
Information is used to understand and handle your inquiry. It is stored in the website database and is not displayed as public page content. Authorized administrators or editors can review it in the dashboard. The form currently does not send automatic email notifications.
Site operation and access records
The website uses necessary operational features and form validation. The server may retain access logs. Form rate limiting uses short-lived counters and a hashed source identifier.
Corrections or deletion requests
To request a correction or deletion of an earlier inquiry, use the homepage form and provide the submission email and approximate date so the record can be identified. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
Scope
This explanation covers the inquiry function of the current preview website. External academic and industry resources are managed by their respective websites.
